Description
When we select an OPE of FILE or Context Record to add something (acts, artecats, etc.) it is important to know, at each step of the recording, on what selection we are working.
We should add that general info in the upper part of the screen, below the connection's data, at the left of the defaults menus (FILEs and OPEs). In a grey table ?
This is an important progress for common users.

IF we have both an OPE and a FILE selected THEN Info is provided for OPE not for FILE.
