Description

When we have multiples sheetfiles opened, it's sometime confusing to know if we look at the FILE or OPE or something else.

A big Title (i.e. FILE, OPERATION, RECORD UNIT, FIND, PEOPLES, etc.) would be great. It must be visible even if the sheetfile is scrolled down so it would be convenient left of "Close - close all windows"
