When i try to add a new file BUT with an already know developer contractor, i can't find it, even if it just had been added a FILE before.

When i look at the FILE 2013-703 i see the name of the developer contractor but i can't select this one to create 2013-704

The developer contractor is not found because it has not been defined as a developer contractor.
In fact no type is associated to persons since we can associate multi values to person types.
It is a bug in the new person creation form.
This bug will be repaired.
For persons created during this "bug period" it is important to associate types to them. They are easily found on search person form: they have no type displayed in the type column.
