Description
Most of the time there is only one commune, one or more sections and one or more parcels by sections.
It would be usefull to have a preselection of the last commune and section chosen so that the user may have only the numbers of the following parcels to give. If it's not the same another commune and section can be selected.
Example :
Commune : Nantes
Section / parcels :
AD 45, 47, 48, 51, 53
AB 253, 255, 257, 258

Yes, many records have similars / partially similar info. This should be re-worked for better data capture.

This is very important as there is usually many parcels to record. It is actually the most ugly feature in Ishtar (users reporting...)
One more feature could be VERY useful to solve that (with the automatic selection above):
usually a sequence of parcels is recorded like this : "12-17" which means all parcels from 12 to 17, including 12 and 17,
that kind of typing should produce a automatic record of all theses parcels.
