At this time, acts are related to :

• FILEs,

• OPEs.

Some kind of acts must be indexed some other don't have to be :

• that index should provide a number for acts by year, for all indexed acts,

• so type of act should have a binary (indexed or not),

• ACTS should have an index (integer),

• a specific menu for ACTS (all kind, related to FILE or OPE) should be created (it could provide search and edit feature for all acts, things that are already in other menu),

• that menu should provide a register, providing listing of all registered acts (or not) by year/index/type of act/date/related file or ope (with link to related sheetfiles),

• that list could be exported as csv file (complete or short export as usual)
