Description
A FILE has a responsible, an OPE has already a Scientific responsible, it should have also an Administrative responsible (same type and list as for FILE).
So :
Actual responsible for OPE should be rename "scientific responsible" to be more clear,
we should had a Responsible Field (same type and listing as for FILE),
OPE search should provide both type of responsibles,
OPE short menu should provide also OPE related to the user that is an administrative responsible,
when searching for individuals, the result should give also OPE related to that responsible (admin resp.) and/or scient. resp. of theses OPE.

This is for searching individuals. The sheet file shoudl give OPEs relatives to the selected individual. Both scientific responsible and administrative responsible.
