ferméFILE sheetfile : confusion between creation and closing of FILE

Description
The sheetfile shows both creation and closing date of file.
A test made today shows that the closing date and user's name related are in fact Creation date / user related to creation.
So we should have :
Creation date : date of creation / by / Title/surname/name of the user
Closing date : date of closing / by / Title/surname/name of the user

This bug seems to be related to an old error on database. This seems to be OK now.
