This should OK now. What is the rule for mis-indexed administrativ act? Remove the index of course but re-index existing administrativ acts ? Leave blanks ?

Non-indexed acts should be balnked indeed ! ;)

I will do the corrections manually for the indexed ones.

I will test this before closing the ticket.
