Description
We should have (for FILE and OPE) :
1 - by default, graph is by month,
2 - under the search form ; a table with data related to the graph,
3 - a radio button "By department" should provide a more complex graph with results by department (different colors of lines) and the global graph (cumul all departments), a legend should also be displayed as there will be different colors. The table with related data should be also displayed (->2).
