Description
We should have a specific menu for Super-Admin accounts including :
account management (this sould be moved from another menu),
a new feature to define globals, like TITLE of the DB (shown under the Ishtar icon, top left). We should be able to define multiple global variables, theses could be long (long txt) to be used in various type of documents edits (foot note etc.).
