Description

For easiest archiving and listing the filenames must be :

[commune_code or "Intercommunal"]-[commune_name]-file-[Year]-[index]_[date_of_editing]

That would be perfect !

The name of the file (.odt or .pdf) should have a descriptor : "File" "Operation" "Record unit" etc.

[DEPT] - [commune_name or "Intercommunal"]-Type_of_object (File_or_OPE_or_UE_etc.)-[Reference for object : OA, or year-index etc.]_[date_of_editing]
