Documents (sources) can have (not compulsory) :
Author(s) (with differents type of authors),
localisation ( alink to a place, libraray, documentation center, etc. that can be define in STORES.)
A link to a numerical ressource could also be provided (not compulsory).

Source should also have :
a date of receipt (now by default),
a date of creation,
An Id created with:
- OPE code (year-index for OPE) [if no patriarche code has been recorded] OR Patriarche code,
- number (last recorded for that OPE +1 by default), but modifiable.
As usual, a control must be made so that no double Id is recorded.
