Description

When importing from a csv file OPE has a reference (i.e. OA). A test should be performed so no double record could be done. At this time we could import several time the same csv and so created double recordings.

The database doesn't allow that anymore.

The following OA codes: 182070, 183230, 185453, 184373, 184661, 184429, 185149, 185257, 185245, 185282, 185320, 185331 matche multiple operations. This should be fixed.
