Text search should not be accent / case sensitive

i.e. : if scientist name has been recorded with upper case, you cannot select him with lower case (i.e. OPE search)

Unaccented search is a real complicated issue with "old" version of Django and Postgresql: not for v1.0 cf. #1963

Unsensitive case search can be managed (and is already done for some).

Some case sensitive search have been fixed. Re-open a new ticket if problem occurs (if a tester is ready to check all field, it would be welcomed!).
