Description
That name (txt, 100 carac) should be top of the "Research archeology" panel, instead of Department (that is already filled in adress panel)
it should be used as a label for that kind of FILE,
for production instance (SRA), it should be filled with "Adress" field (only for research archaeology)

SQL request applied but as long as an update is not done on this instance it could be problematic.
