FINDS get an index (integer) related to OPE.

It could be also related to CONTEXT RECORD ( https://tickets.iggdrasil.net/issues/3582 )

It is not modifiable. It should be, as we could need to change an index for many reasons. One of them is common for ongoing CONTEXT RECORD related to successive OPE.
