Description
The reference of the file is a string. This is usefull for total chaotic management BUT it is also usefull to have files referenced by year and an integer (1 to n).
For example 2011 - 1 should be the first file logged in the year 2011.
Both Reference in string (as chaos could be the rule) and indexed integer should be provided. (see the ods file)

If there is more than one user using file creation a warning must be present so there's no possibility for two FILE with the same reference index. May be it could be usefull to have a reminder of that as been recorded in the DB.
