Description
The index number for FILE should be displayed at the beginning of the process.
If another user add a file with the same number (last number recorded +1) during that time the user with a different number (than the one displayed at the beginning) should be warned.

More convenient (at this time) : At the right of "Reference :" we should add as comment the Reference of the last recorded FILE
We should use "Reference : " and not "Internal Reference :" as some users don't seems to be comfortable this that vocabulary
