Description
The Primary Contractor [Aménageur] (more or less correct in english ? :P) must be an individual. For big projects it could be the président of an organisation or a Mayor.
The contractor [aménageur] can be :
an individual not connected to an organisation (a citizen wich build his house), tagged as contractor in the Individual table,
an individual, responsible of an organisation (a mayor with a project), both the individual and the organisation must be taged as contractor.
So, the choice of the contractor in FILE CREATION must be a selection of individual contractors.
Actually the choice is made between all Organisations.
