jqGrid has changed its change his license to non-free (CC-NC). As we want to keep an AGPL license Ishtar free for Ishtar, everyone we cannot use the new version of this library. If we go for bootstrap for new version of Ishtar, Ishtar perhaps we could use using this kind of library: http://bootstrap-table.wenzhixin.net.cn/ ?
