That info should be added right under "Field work's end date".
The Dashboard should provide in OPE a table with :
OPE, sorted by delay top max to min (Report delivery date - TODAY) : YEAR / OA / OA ref (like 2013-125) / COMMUNE / Common name / Archaeologist with organization / delay in days
OPE with delayed report (hall of fame !), sorted by delay top max to min (Report delivery date - Receipt of REPORT (type of doc)) : YEAR / OA / OA ref (like 2013-125) / COMMUNE / Common name / Archaeologist with organization / delay in days
The sheet file for OPE should provide :
- Delay of report delivery (number of days or year months ans days if you dare !) : a négative integer is possible if the report is delivered before the date of delivery : IF there is no report yet then this should have a nice RED FLAG [NO REPORT ! ]

Hum... take care this should be linked to a type of DOC linked to the OPE : "date of receipt" in DOC
So this should not be in teh general panel as define before, sorry for that.

This is handled by "State of report process" type. So it's OK !
