The Dashboard should provide in OPE a table with :

• OPE, sorted by delay top max to min (Report delivery date - TODAY) : YEAR / OA / OA ref (like 2013-125) / COMMUNE / Common name / Archaeologist with organization / delay in days

• OPE with delayed report (hall of fame !), sorted by delay top max to min (Report delivery date - Receipt of REPORT (type of doc)) : YEAR / OA / OA ref (like 2013-125) / COMMUNE / Common name / Archaeologist with organization / delay in days

The sheet file for OPE should provide :

• Delay of report delivery (number of days or year months ans days if you dare !) : a négative integer is possible if the report is delivered before the date of delivery : IF there is no report yet then this should have a nice RED FLAG [NO REPORT ! ]
