If OA is recorded : OA.UE_id
If OA is not yet recorded : OPE_id.UE_id
where OPE_id is YEAR-INDEX like
The temporary Id (like "2013|111") should be also available in tables of the sheetfile (for Finds) in place of "None" that is used.
If possible we should also add an "Id. bis" that will still be in like "2013|111|M.OS|000|5" even if OA is recorded. It is the "old way" for recordings, will be very usefull for the use of old operations, FINDS and labelling of old containers. this should be displayed left of "short Id" in sheetfile's tables.
With that we should have 3 types of Ids. :
Ids with OA material code etc. : that is a complete and correct ID that will be used most of the time for labelings,
Short Id's that is the shortest unique Id at national scale,
Old'Id (like "2013|111|M.OS|000|5") for old records and manners...
that's many type of Ids.... but at this time we needs all of them.
