ferméDOC automated Edition : the name of teh odt file should be standard for FILE

Description
The genarated odt file should have the usal name (see odt sheet file) : dept _ town / etc.
At the end of that usual name we should add : [type of doc][date of doc]
"Type of doc" should be a code (we should add that code in ACT_TYPE: string 10 char max),
"date of doc" should be the standard date : i.e. 20131028 it is NOT the creation date of the odt file (today)
