Description
Several adjustements should be made :
agents should be able to choose responsibles and so on,
responsible of an excavation should be able to modify his OPE, add and modif record units and finds. He should be able to add also documents and manage authors.

Scientific responsible of an excavation, if connected as user, has no access to menu :
his OPE is listed in the short menu (top right),
no menu at all on the left,
using sheetfile of short menu (top right), the user could modify his OPE,
modifying his OPE is OK but not for defining administrative responsible or operator.
