Short menu / FILE / OPE: quick display of sheetfiles

Description
We should be able to display sheetfiles related to selected object in short menus. This copuld be done with a simple button next to the FILE or OPE field in the short menu.

This is an important demand of ALL the users, most of them use only short menu to access FILE and/or OPE as they are not usually concerned by others stuffs.
Going to FILE/SEARCH/Select FILE/Validate is a too long road to sheet-file.
