When doing import if the parcel already exist no warning is displayed but nothing seems to be added (?)

If the record exist (OPE, FINDS, context record, etc.) a warning should be displayed and a choice given :

• merge, (we add only data not recorded, previously recorded are kept),

• merge all, same as merge but if we can (txt fields, multi period, or materials, etc.) we add new data

• replace (previous item is erased),

• skip (if a record already exist, nothing is recorded)
