OPE and UE : ADD and MODIF forms + sheetfiles / add an image

Description
As for FINDS, we should be able to add an image to an OPE or UE / thumbnail

When doing modif on CONTEXT RECORD, the image ref is not displayed, the rest is OK and nice !
So we can't delete an image previously added (i.e. CONTEXT RECORD LOCUS.1 for OPE 2015-2752 on TEST instance)
Image is not displayed in MODIF forms if we use the pannels links and don't validate the first pannel (OPE choice)
