Description

We should have a criteria to qualify the quality (global) of the OPE record.

this should be linked to a list of values :

  • not-documented,

  • arbitrary,

  • reliable.

We should have also a simple way to qualify the OPE as virtual (not yet related to a common reference like a national reference or the like) : could be binary.
