Ishtar

After an install with the wheezy debian package, some elements are missing:

• fixtures don't seem to be added, all types are empty except person types and organization types, though the documentation #initialisation-de-la-base-de-donnees explains that initial data are loaded automatically.

• even when loaded manually, some fixtures are still missing: relations types of context records (more precisely, the file archaeological_context_records/fixtures/initial_data-fr.json of the package is behind the master branch's one)
