After an install with the wheezy debian package, some elements are missing:
* fixtures don't seem to be added, all types are empty except person types and organization types, though the "documentation":http://ishtar.readthedocs.io/fr/latest/installation.html#initialisation-de-la-base-de-donnees explains that initial data are loaded automatically.
* even when loaded manually, some fixtures are still missing: relations types of context records
