DJANGO ADMIN: unselecting all doesn't work

Description
When selecting all elements with the checkbox on top of the list, unchecking it doesn't unselect items.

Specific issue between Debian version of JQuery and the old Django version we use. Sadly this will not be fixed (upstream response will be: upgrade your version of Django).
The next version of Ishtar will not have this issue.
Hopefully Django admin pages should be rarely used in Ishtar.
