Description

When there is no more compulsory fields in folowings panels, we should be able to go straight to Confirm panel

Seems OK for Operations, Finds, Context records :-).

But problem on Files: the "Validate and end" button appears on the Planning (Aménagement) tab while there is a mandatory field on the last (Instruction SRA) tab.
