Description
A scientific responsible should be able to read data from other OPE
But :
if a responsible has no OPE,
then no OPE / search menu is displayed
That kind of user should access ope search even if he has no OPE (yet)
or
A "collaborater" type of person should be added (could read all, modifiy only chosen OPE, or add things to chosen OPE). Theses selections should be done by OPE scientific resp.
