Description
We received the attached error report while I noticed nothing from the UI. I think this happened when I was making some tests in order to close the #3472 ticket. I notably modified the generic name of the OA184439 operation.

This issue occurs on "re-save" of an already saved object: no data-loss, silent error. This is a performance issue related to #3499.
