Description
A reminder should be added (on the top of every page and very obvious) when creating or modifying CONTEXT UNIT and FINDS.
For context unit : the reminder should be the Patriarche code (if any) and OPE code (year based),
For Finds : The reminder should be the Patriarche code (if any) and OPE code (year based) AND the CONTEXT UNIT id.
