When creating an indexed act, user should know that number upon creation, index should also be visible in list of acts.

So :

• a sheet-file providing the index number (big number) aside the year should be provided after validation of the ACT,

• all lists of ACTS should provide both YEAR | INDEX | "other ref" as first columns to the lists (in sheet files for FILE and OPE, in research result for ACTS in FILE and OPE).
