At first we should simply deals with hierarchical relations.
This for OPE add and modif, not compulsory
The relation should by typed, so we should have a new table with types of relations (phase, part, etc.)
This is very useful for old operation with separate documentation, different scientists etc. for one refenrece OPE (one OA in french administration)
Managed in database and via admin
Seems OK ? But not for search and results :
if we have operations included in another ope we should also have result for that OPE,
in search panel we should choose to have related ope results or only one ope (this for finds, context record, docs and ope search)
This is also relevant for context-record inclusions.
May be the inclusive relation should be tagged in relation type ?
We don't have inclusive search for CONTEXT RECORD or FINDS
