Description
It should not be, as we can have land planners like "Mr. and Miss." and long surnameS.
It causes a crash when validating the new land planner / no explanation just a crash

This is not a problem on master and a real mess to be fixed before merge. Can it waits a few days?
As we talked about : add more spaces for all name-like fields
