jqGrid has changed its license to non-free (CC-NC).

As we want to keep an AGPL license for Ishtar, we cannot use the new version of this library.

If we go for bootstrap for new version of Ishtar, perhaps we could use this kind of library: http://bootstrap-table.wenzhixin.net.cn/ ?
