USER's RIGHT : probleme with group defintion in Django Admin

Description
Groups don't seems to be accurate:
General agent can not supress act but that's seems ok in django admin.
- Priorité changé de Immédiat à Normal
- Assigné à changé de Étienne Loks à Yann Le Jeune
- Statut changé de Nouveau à En cours
- Statut changé de En cours à À confirmer
- Statut changé de À confirmer à En cours
- Assigné à changé de Yann Le Jeune à Étienne Loks
Right's managment should be reworked and is not active in current version.
I can't manage this ;)
